We would prefer that you include a contact phone number and indicate a convenient time for us to call you so we can process your credit card order over the phone.

 DELIVERY

Postage to UK
(Including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and Isle of Mann)

Once we accept your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days.

During the busy period on the lead up to Christmas (Nov 1st- December 20th) I will always be trying to get orders made and posted as soon as possible but as the stamps are handmade to order it is possible that delivery times will take a bit longer, possible up to 10-12 days after the order is placed.

If you might not be in to take delivery please indicate when ordering where the parcel can be safely left, eg. with a neighbour or in a shed.
If there are problems with your order or the items you order are not in stock we will contact you immediately. We will not take payment for any goods until we are completely ready to dispatch, however please note that payment must be made in full, including postage and packaging.

Our standard rate for post & packing is £3.50 for any size of order for the UK. 

European and International
We aim to deliver orders to major destinations in Europe within 7 working days and 7 - 15 days for other destinations, at the very most.  

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it within 14 days of receipt (unused and in original packing) for exchange or refund using the packing slip from your parcel. Please note that Noolibird cannot exchange or refund used or soiled items. Please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, and note that Noolibird does not pay the cost of return postage.
